Hi! I’m still here!! I’m working full-time now so I’ve been a little drained lately. So drained that I’ve been too lazy to really keep up with my blog. By now, you guys should know that I’ll never really disappear for good. Blogging is something I love doing, and I don’t think I’ll ever quit it. Don’t worry! ;D
Today’s post is of a trip downtown Toronto to Kensington Market. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s an older neighbourhood that is very fun and diverse. It’s different and filled with creativity! The neighbourhood is full with houses that have been turned into shops/restaurants. There’s a lot of vintage clothing stores, cute coffee shops, fresh produce, and restaurants like a Big Fat Burrito that we went to for dinner that was pretty good! I went with some co-workers, Will (who you’ve seen in my previous post!) and Deniz (https://www.instagram.com/letsdenizme/). If you are ever visiting Toronto, I definitely recommend visiting Kensington Market.

Like always, I REALLY hope you guys enjoyed this post AND these photos! Deniz has been taking a lot of my photos lately and I can’t wait to share the others!
Have a happy Tuesday! And until next time,
Why hello there! I’m excited to say that I’m back with something different for you guys! I teamed up with a few friends, found a colorful location downtown Toronto, and we took some fun pictures that I’d love to share. This specific location had the cutest crates in a few different colours. They ended up being the perfect backdrop. We also agreed on wearing denim and white. You all know how much I love that combination ;D The photographers behind these lovely photos are Mark Gomez and Jasmine Cabanilla. Also joining us was my fellow Topshop/Topman associate, Will Prowse. I’ll link their Instagram accounts down below! Definitely check them out!
Now take a look at these pictureessss!

Happy hump day, and until next time!
Another outfit post is here to share! This is the outfit that I wore and these photos were taken before we left to eat pho, get bubble tea, and see the Canada Day fireworks. The fireworks that were CANCELLED that is. It was SO ANNOYING to have them cancelled due to high winds, but I get it (clearly not over it though lol).
I knew it would get cooler at night so I used it as an excuse to wear this camo shacket, that I just added to my collection, for the first time. To be honest with you, I know this piece is called a “shacket” but I’m not 100% familiar with where it gets its name. I just know that it looks like a utility jacket, and is part of that army/utility dressing trend right now.. but that’s about it. Is it shaggy and jacket combined? Who knows.
I wanted to feature this green camo shacket so I paired it with an entire grey ensemble underneath and broke it up with my favourite white Nike AF1s. This is definitely a more relaxed, “comfort over style” kind of look but I think the jacket really saves my butt style-wise. I’m actually really surprised I didn’t already own a utility jacket. When I was trying it on in Topshop (surprise!), a friend was like, “it looks like you should already own it”. And that was that lol.
Now take a good look at these outfit photos! (Thank you, Jay!)

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you guys enjoy the rest of your weekend! Happy Saturday ;D
It’s Friday again, so I’m back with something new to share! Today I (FINALLY) have a fresh outfit post for you guys. It features this adorable green dress that I never would have thought I’d enjoy wearing this much. Old me would have NEVER worn a dress like this. Too much color. Way too bright. I love seeing how my style and taste have changed.
This dress is from.. Want to try and guess? Topshop, of course! I’ve been branded guys. I’m having trouble branching out from Topshop. I just love the clothes so much, and being surrounded by them almost every day does not help at all. I just love everything the brand has to offer. Believe me, I have wandered into other stores and have tried other pieces on but nothing really speaks to me as much as Topshop. Perhaps I’m biased because I work there, but Topshop never fails me! Is this as bad as I think it is? Do you guys know of any brands similar to Topshop? I just don’t want to have a closet full of Topshop clothes and then one day hate everything. Gosh, I’m so dramatic. #smh
Now take a look at these awesome shots Jay (http://kuyacozyboy.blogspot.ca/) took of me again!

Hope you guys have a lovely weekend!
Until next time!
Hey everyone! It’s been a really long time since I’ve shared photos of myself in an outfit. I admit, I feel a little rusty. That’s why I only have 3 mediocre photos for today’s post (heh, sorry!). On a brighter note, look at me! Two Fridays in a row now ha-ha! I don’t want to jinx anything but I think I’m getting my groove back! Yippee!!!
Today’s post is about a piece that I have been wanting to add to my wardrobe for the longest time. I just haven’t been able to justify the purchase. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a coat I may or may not even enjoy wearing all the time. I mean, wanting one for years was probably enough justification but I still didn’t want to drop alotta dolla dolla bills, y’know? I’m still working at Topshop and every year we come out with a leopard coat that is basically the same, just with a little modification (if you can call it that). For example, the latest one had a black collar lol. I bought the one from last year ON SALE, which was originally $180, but I got it for $50!! Can you say SCORE?!
Not only did I get this leopard baby for a steal but I actually am in love with it. I find myself wearing it a lot lately. I’m a little surprised because I thought it wouldn’t go with a lot because of how loud leopard print can be, especially in coat-form, but it’s fitting with the rest of my wardrobe perfectly! I am one happy camper.
So what are your guys’ thoughts? Do you like leopard print? Do you like it in coat-form? Some people think of old women when it comes to wearing leopard coats. I personally think of Emma Roberts ;D (Go check her Instagram!)
Thank you all again for taking the time to read my blog. I appreciate it! Hope you all have a great weekend!
Until next time!
Hello everybody! I’m back with another outfit post! Shocked? Here is another set of photos shot by Joanna Dass (joannadass.com). I love the denim dress worn in these photos. I’m still kinda playing around with it. I’m not sure how I like to style it yet but here’s one way. A basic t-shirt and my clogs. I think it gives the outfit a relaxed look. Very casual. I find this dress easy to throw on and even though it’s not a very flattering shape, it somehow works. (*eureka moment* THIS WOULD LOOK GREAT WITH A TURTLENECK!!) This denim dress is from Topshop (where else?). I had my eyes on it for a while but then someone bought it in my size. Then it was returned, so I took that as fate. It obviously meant that we belong together, right?
Take a look at these photos, and if haven’t checked out Joanna’s website.. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

As always, I am very thankful that you took the time to read this post.
Have a happy Friday! Enjoy your weekend 🙂
