Hey! I’m back with an outfit post for ya’ll! I know I said there would be more blog posts this summer, but I’ve just come to the realization that between my job and work placement.. finding time to take pictures is a lot harder than I thought. I love blogging so bear with me! Blog posts will come, just not as often as you and I would like *sad face*.
On to today’s post! This denim skirt guys. I can’t even remember if I’ve talked about this skirt before but I AM IN LOVE. I first met “eyes” with this skirt when Alexa Chung came out with her collection for AG jeans. I’m a big fan of Alexa Chung and in the ads, she rocked it. I had to have this skirt. A month or so later I found out that Topshop designed a similar skirt! I freaked out (obviously). So I waited, and waited, and waited for it to come to my location. When it did, my size was already gone! I was crushed guys. I called other locations in the Toronto area and they didn’t have my size either. I even begged a friend who works at another location to look for it for me. No luck. My size was snatched before I could blink. I was devastated. Maybe a little depressed. I guessed it wasn’t meant to be..
THEN A COUPLE WEEKS AGO, boyfriend and I were shopping downtown and stopped by the location downtown. I FOUND MY SIZE. NOT ONLY WAS IT MY SIZE BUT IT WAS A PETITE VERSION SO IT WAS A PROPER LENGTH FOR ME TOO! I was ecstatic.
So yeah, I have the skirt now.. and I wear it as often as I can. I can pretty much wear it with anything and I love that! I was pulling some hardcore 70s vibes when I wore this outfit, but you know I’m all about that ;D Take a look at this outfit!

Before you say it! Yes, I got the denim jacket.. I went with the Topman one because the one from Depop felt a little risky. Although I would have loved a vintage Levi, I have no regrets. I’ve been wearing this oversized denim jacket everyday since I got it! I had a day off last Friday (no school AND no work- booya!) and I didn’t want to do anything but take pictures in the gorgeous weather! It was so nice outside that I had to wear a skirt and some open-toed heels. I may have looked a little too excited for summer but I didn’t care! I can’t wait to finish school this week and have more free time for my blog. It’s going to be one of my number one priorities this summer and I CAN’T WAIT! I LOVE SUMMER!

Back with another outfit post! You’ll probably recognize a few of these items, I just decided to switch it up a bit! I wore this outfit to work the other day and was told I look like I’d hopped outta “Clueless”. I mean, I guess I can see it.. Plaid. White sneakers. Looks a little like a throwback. I love it nonetheless!

Happy Easter Sunday everybody! Today I have another outfit post. Simple but full of classics! Your classic black skinnies and a classic white button-up! I think with a nice pair of shoes (like my Spring booties) and a nice purse, this outfit is perfect for everyday! An outfit like this is perfect to gravitate to because it’s chic and effortless. I usually think of outfits like this when I have no idea what to wear but want to seem like I tried a little. I particularly wore this outfit the day before the long weekend! I’m home right now and reunited with my family!! Unfortunately I’ll be on my way back later today, but it was a nice little escape from the stress of exams and assignments that I’m dealing with back in Toronto. I hope all of you are enjoying the weekend with your loved ones! Here’s a better look at my outfit:

Another double slit top. I loved the other so much, I decided to get another! This version is darker, sleeveless and made of a lighter material! I also got it from Forever21.
Today’s outfit is another Spring transition outfit. Honestly, I just don’t want to wear a jacket anymore! I’m craving a day wear I can walk out of the house without a jacket and slip on some ballet flats. My patience is wearing thin! This winter has honestly been the longest winter in the history of winters. I actually think a customer at work said it was fact. The last time we had such a long winter was like 10 years ago, but don’t quote me on that ha-ha. Nonetheless, I have waited this long.. what’s another couple of weeks, right? (At least I hope it’s only a couple more weeks!) Knowing me, sooner or later I’ll be wishing and missing all these layers! Enough rambling – here’s my outfit!
Top – Forever 21 | Necklace – Express | Jacket – H&M | Jeans – Topshop | Sneakers – Nike
As always, I hope you’re all having a great Wednesday! Take care!! Xx

Winter sucks.. and it’s only getting worse. It’s my least favorite season HANDS DOWN. Will Spring just get here already?! I’m sorry I haven’t posted an outfit in a while but it’s been difficult to take pictures in -30 degree weather. It’s really difficult to put together a cute outfit when you have to keep in mind that you could potentially lose your toes (hence why I’m wearing my blundstones lol). I currently have an obsession with turtlenecks or things that are just high in the neck area. They’re warm and they look great! I also added a bit of my anticipation for the Spring season by wearing my favourite jean jacket. I obviously had to wear a thicker coat over top but it worked out because it kept me warmer! I sincerely apologize for the lack of outfit posts but I’m trying to wait out until Spring comes. Don’t get me wrong! I’m still going to post as often as I can. It just hasn’t been as easy since Winter has seemed to have gotten worse this month. On a positive note, I have a few new Spring pieces that I added to my wardrobe and I’m DYING to share them ;D
Here’s a better look at my outfit:
Hat – F21 | Top & Jeans – Topshop | Jean Jacket – American Eagle | Boots – SoftMoc
Hope you guys are staying warm! I hope you had a happy Valentine’s day yesterday!
Enjoy your week!

I want to begin by saying: I had no idea what to call this post. I get boho and Indiana Jones vibes from this look, but seriously, what kind of title can come of that lol? If you know me well, you’ll know I’m a huge fan of neutrals. I tend to gravitate towards black. A: It looks good with everything. B: It’s my favourite colour.. because it looks good with everything. I honestly need to gravitate towards more color. I don’t really own anything bold. Perhaps that’s something I can try to work on. The focal point for this outfit was the brim hat. It’s neutral, so ideally any color would go with it.. but for some reason, I chose more neutral colors haha. It works, but I would have liked to pair it with a color that isn’t black, gray, white or cream, etc. (Basically a color I don’t own.) What do you think is a safe color (that’s NOT neutral) to try for those who are afraid of going bold? Blue? Maybe green? Help me.
I hope you like the outfit nonetheless! I also hope you’re having a great week so far! Enjoy your Monday 🙂
