Tiny In Toronto

I don’t want to toot my own horn or anything but *toot toot* THIS IS MY THIRD BLOG POST THIS WEEK! I’m on a roll y’all! I think it might just be because I am backlogged with outfit photos to share with you. I love sharing my outfits but I’ve been working on a lot of other content to mix things up a bit, and therefore haven’t had the time to share any outfit posts!

One of the things I’m currently looking into is creating a “Reel” on Instagram. I know it’s totally irrelevant to WordPress, but I’ve been putting a lot of time and energy in what I want to do creatively in that aspect. I also don’t even know how to freaking do it yet! I might have to get help from my 13 year-old sister lol.

Anyways, like I said, I’m here with another outfit post! I’ve got a ton of other content that I’ve been writing down and planning in my notebook so stay tuned for that. But for now I’m going to share with you this outfit because this dress is everything. Seriously though, it’s called the “This Is Everything” denim mini dress from Free People. If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I work at a Free People location here in Toronto. We’ve been getting a lot of new product lately (honestly, we don’t even know where to put it all!) and this dress came in and I knew right away that I had to have it. I think it’s perfect for fall. I’ll add some tights and some chunky boots, maybe even a turtleneck underneath when it gets colder.

For now, and for this outfit in particular, I wore it with these new boots from Little Burgundy. I’ve ordered tons of shoes from Little Burgundy before and I love that they have so many great brands. These boots are from the brand Vagabond. It’s a Swedish fashion company that specializes in shoes. I’ve owned a pair of shoes designed by them before and I cannot believe how comfortable their shoes are! I highly recommended this brand. Some of my friends have actually purchased these shoes after I shared them on my Instagram. They’re so trendy and like I said, SO COMFORTABLE. I do also want to say that the platform on these babies are fantastic for your tiny girl over here lol. The little boost that these boots give me make me feel like a whole new woman!

I kept the rest of the outfit really simple (*simple for me lol). I wore some silver hoops from TOPSHOP (they go well with the silver hardware on my purse!). I added a padded black velvet headband that I purchased from Amazon last fall. And for some more colour, I added Ellie! I haven’t worn her in a while but she’s another one of my precious Nunoo bags. I love that she’s two different colours. I think it makes the outfit more fun and playful with a bit of green snake print!

That’s my outfit! I hope you guys love this dress as much as I do! It’s very rare that I find a dress that hits me at the right spot. Length is really tough for me and Free People doesn’t really have a Petite section. This dress was a fab find!
