Tiny In Toronto

You’re probably looking at the title of this post and wondering, “What in the world does this post have to do with a cat?” I know all that you see is a cool thrifted outfit (lol) but what I really want to point out is my birthday gift from Chopova Lowena (check out their IG @chopovalowena)! I really love their brand and their necklaces, and I had been eyeing one for a really long time. When I saw that they were selling limited edition necklaces for NHS (National Health Services) Charities Together during this pandemic, I didn’t even have to think about it. I DM’d them so fast after they posted only FIVE limited edition necklaces and I managed to get one of them! I never get this lucky! Some of you will probably find this necklace too chunky for your liking but I’m absolutely obsessed with it. I want to thank my family so much for giving me some money for my birthday so I could make this purchase and help a good cause!

Now it’s time for the rest of the outfit! I have some cute thrifted pieces that I haven’t shared on the blog yet so *drumroll* here they are! I got this oversized textured blazer with a floral print that I absolutely adore. It gives me a Free People vibe so I’m excited to one day be able to wear this at work. The other thrifted piece is this cute bag with these big silver rings for handles. It’s in this silky/shiny Barbie pink colour that I’m obsessed with, and it was only $3! To pair with these pieces, I wore something pretty simple so that the thrifted pieces could really stand out. I just wore a white t-shirt and some black bicycle shorts from TOPSHOP. The boots that I’m wearing are a new addition to my shoe family. If you guys have been following my blog for a while, you’ll know that my feet are tiny and therefore I struggle to find nice shoes. TOPSHOP was having a sale on thebay.com and I actually managed to find a pair of shoes that I like in a size 4.5! There are normally only a handful of options that don’t appeal to me, but these boots SCREAMED my name ha-ha. A little western boot action? I’m all in! They went from $170 to $70 and to be honest, that kind of sealed the deal for me.

I really love this outfit and I am 100% going to repeat this outfit in the near future. I’m starting to think that some of my best outfit ideas are being worn during quarantine. Where were these ideas when I could actually wear them ha-ha?
