Although these photos were taken closer to the beginning of Summer, I thought they’d be a good way to close the Summer. I don’t know where the time went! I feel like Summer is never long enough. Seriously, where did the time go?! Everyone is already back at school. And I have to wear a jacket now??! I still have a list of things I want to do but I guess they’re going to have to wait until next year.
I think my favourite part of Summer 2019 was going outside near the lake and having a picnic in the sun. I did this about a handful of times this Summer. I don’t know what it is but I feel so at peace when I’m by the water. I’m fortunate enough to be a 5min walk from the lake and I feel like I need to take more advantage of this going forward. Obviously, my birthday is also in the Summer so that’s a favourite part as well. I never went to the beach which is kinda of upsetting. I did go to Cuba in May though, so I guess it’s only fair.
Today’s outfit post is the final outfit of the three I last took with Jemilla (@jemillajems). I’m not sure if I’ll be taking more outfits photos with her anytime soon but I will do my best to get similar content up! The dress I’m wearing in these photos is from TOPSHOP (are you at all surprised?) and I paired it with my infamous brown cowboy boots that I got from Talize for $12. To accessorize a little, I wore these heart earrings with three tiers. They’re really sparkly and fun!

Now that Fall is here, what are you looking forward to wearing again? What are you most excited to pull from the back of your closet? I think I’m excited to wear turtlenecks again.
