HEY IT’S AN OUTFIT POST! It’s been a while!

Last week I got together with one of my old friends, Jemilla, and we took some outfit photos downtown. I am so grateful that she helped me get some content going. I’ve been wanting to do this for so long but I just couldn’t find someone to do it, and I also couldn’t find a day that worked! The day we took these shots I was actually starting to get a cold. My head was pounding, I was a little lightheaded, and I was starting to get the sniffles.. but I made sure I still did it! Your girl is dedicated!! So here’s the first outfit of three that we took that day:

This statement patent puffer coat was a Christmas gift from my mama. I told her how much I wanted it, and it was literally all I asked for. I just think it’s one of the coolest things we got at TOPSHOP this season, AND we sold out of it!!

Underneath this coat is a black turtle neck and I also wore my current favourite corduroy Jamie “jeans”. They’re definitely not jeans, but they’re cut like a Jamie. These fit so well and they’re so comfy. I can see myself keeping these guys for next year! I love the texture that anything corduroy adds to an outfit. It makes your outfit not look/seem as flat, if you know what I mean? For pops of colour, I added a cute red tuque with a matching pom-pom and my leopard booties. I get so many compliments on these booties! If you’re looking to add animal print to your wardrobe, I think these boots are a perfect choice! They immediately make my outfit more fun and trendy (at least I think so).

For earrings, I wore one of my current favourites at TOPSHOP. These double hoop dangly earrings with a disco-type ball hanging from them? That’s probably the worssst description ever lol. But if you want an awesome statement earring, I highly recommend checking out TOPSHOP.
