Beloved Bardot

Hey friends! I’m back with a new outfit post. This was taken kind of “out of the blue” on Mother’s Day. I went home for the weekend, liked my outfit, so I grabbed my boyfriend and gave him my camera ha-ha. There weren’t a lot of choices for backdrop, so against my sister’s apartment building was, I guess, fine. This outfit features this white Bardot/off-the-shoulder top from Topshop (this probably isn’t a shock anymore). I’m not quite sure what the proper term is for this shirt, but I’m sure you guys have seen them as much as I have. I love this top! I can see myself getting a lot of use out of it in the summer. It’s just so feminine and easy to wear. I see myself pairing it with denim shorts, jeans, skirts, and trousers like what I’m wearing in the pictures below.

I also want to take the time to acknowledge how I’m wearing my white high-top Converse sneakers. They need a shout-out/some real loving. I’ve been gravitating towards them SO MUCH lately! – and I’ve had them for like 5-6 years! This is a real example of how classic these sneakers are and how they’ll probably never go out of style. I probably sound like I’m sponsored or something, but I’m just a huge supporter of Converse sneakers. Like, they look even better when they’re older! Ya’ll need a pair! Go get ’em! LOL

Anyways, I don’t know about you guys, but a new blog post really gets me in a good mood. I’m happy I took the time this morning to make this post. I hope you guys have a happy Friday! Enjoy your weekend!

Until next time!
