Tiny In Toronto

Friday. What’s not to love! No class, it’s the beginning of the weekend, and I have the time to create my first blog post! I’m new to the world of fashion blogs, but I’d like to formally introduce myself…

Hi! My name is Alannah. I live in Toronto and I’m in my third year of college where I’m studying Fashion Management. I snort when I laugh, I’m short, I’m half Filipino, half Canadian, and I have a weird obsession with kittens at the moment (I WANT ONE SO BAD). That’s basically all you need to know, but if you would like to know more about me, I plan on creating an ‘About Me’ page in the near future (haha).

Today’s post is my outfit that I wore on my day off. I went out with my boyfriend, ate some brunch, and went for a walk on campus near the lakeshore.

For my outfit, I wore a matching set that I purchased from Forever21. I love matching sets/separates. Not only are they stylish and trendy, but they’re easy! I feel like you don’t have to think about it as much as you would with a regular outfit. Actually, you really don’t have to think about it at all (lol)! To go with this set, I wore my new Zara booties with gorgeous zipper and buckle detailing. I’m in love with them. I find the chunky look of them absolutely gorgeous! I was very minimal with my accessories today because I felt like the dress spoke for itself, as well as my boots. For a bag I used this faux leather tote that I also bought from Forever21. I certainly didn’t need to carry such a big bag, but for some strange reason I have never thought to add a small black purse to my wardrobe. Isn’t it kind of essential? Consider it added to my wishlist, and I will most definitely let you know when I find one ;D
